Riyadh — Mubasher: Arab Sea Information Systems Company announced the results of its ordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on 14 September 2026.

The meeting was conducted via modern technology following an initial session that failed to reach a legal quorum with an attendance rate of 19.25%.

Shareholders voted to elect members of the board of directors for the sixth session, which is scheduled to begin on 17 September.

The new term will span a duration of three years, concluding on 16 September. The elected members include Haitham Mohammed Al Suhaibani, Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Khalifa, Abdullah Mohammed Al Hawas, Faisal Ayedh Al Nufaie, Mohammed Fawaz Al Huzaim, and Abdulaziz Shabib Al Mutlaq.

According to the disclosure, the election item received an approval rate of 95.38% of the voting shares, while 4.62% of the votes were abstentions.

The assembly was attended by several current board members, including the Chairman and Vice Chairman, to oversee the transition to the new board cycle.
